As I got closer to the lady she seemed to be crying well I got about 150 feet from her and she looked at me screemed and the disappeared . Well I got out of there fast. I asked my friend about it and he said a lady in the 1930s lost her husband at sea and she would walk the beach waiting for him to return. He also told me she is cold the weeping widow well I dont walk     the beach anymore it creeps me out.
