You might believe that Caguas, Puerto Rico is exactly like any other municipality in this country, but this municipality is visited by undead ghosts of long ago. The undeceased are here in this settlement as the folks who live here will enlighten you about. Several folks who live here say these tales are untrue, but anybody who has stayed for a few days in Caguas, Puerto Rico knows better.
