There is also a man dressed in jibber clothes that stands near a mango tree smoking a cigar, seen almost every night. The worst of all the sounds of voices speaking a foreign language many seem to explain the language as Taino because of its high-pitched and singing sound, and after a tall black figure can be seen in the shadows near the dense woods that sorround. Followed by sinister loud laughing. very chilling an experience best forgotten. Some       of the dead and buried decline to stay in their graves in this town. Not everyone has faith in the accounts the locals tell, but the undead spirits of Corozal are all too real. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The ghost of a young female drenched in blood was observed in Hoyo Prieto   at night tossing stones. The eye witness was terrified and fled. One of the residents definitely asserts that this ghost gets pleasure from terrifying unwise people who are bold enough to disturb the silence in Corozal. A gentleman with a sizeable hole through his upper body was seen on the pinnacle of one of the hills in the Montanas de Corozal before dawn burrowing a cavity. The ghost did not appear to be anxious by the witnesses. A lady's body with a donkey's head was perceived in Cancha Lauro Davila before sunrise concealing a dead body by a large boulder. The ghost waved to the bystander. Several people declare this phantom enjoys startling foolish folks who come trying to find phantoms in Corozal. A man with the head of a beast has regularly been perceived trying to find a glove by El Salto Grande at night. A partially decomposed human dead body is regularly distinguished guzzling water up on the apex of Cerro Magueyes. The ghost of a planter wearing a hat is known to have been witnessed on several instances at Cano Campanero at night flinging pieces of wood into the water.
