Maricao, Puerto Rico Ghost Tales I recently stayed in Maricao PR on November 3rd and 4th overnight in my wife's families house.  After 11pm we turned the lights off to sleep, in the wooden ceiling I saw a few white apparitions that slightly lit up the room. I could see right though them going in and out of the house.  My wife saw the same thing and later in the night we saw a face like clear apparition inside the house that freaked us out.  We heard a human like growing noise several times in both nights and scratching on the outside walls and front door.  It was a crazy experience because I have never experienced that in my life.  My wife informed me that a couple of years ago when she came with her family she heard drumming and Indian noises.  She also heard horses running around.  These things only happen after dark in Maricao Puerto Rico. . A female with a semi translucent body can be seen repeatedly on a Maricao residential street in the early morning hours before sunrise.
