Orocovis, Puerto Rico Ghost Tales

When I was a little girl, I went to visit my grandparents in orocovis, back in 1969, and there was a story that was told to me about a woman near the river, that you could here her cry out, calling her lover. They say if you were at the river and you hear her cry, don't respond, cause she would come find you. Don't know if they told me this to scare me. But it seemed that everyone knew about the women.
