Vieques has a very rich history of paranormal activity. The bridge in the La Mina neighborhood of Vieques is said to be haunted. People speak of seeing various ghosts on the bridge itself. The bridge has been the sight of many fatal traffic accidents through the years. Among the tales is that of a woman who waits at the top of the bridge. Motorists say they stop for the woman. She will climb into the vehicle and by the time they've reached the other side of the bridge she has disappeared. La Casa de el Frances (The Frenchman's house). This is an old plantation house that was converted to an Inn for many years. The house now sits abandoned. This house has a large stone monument on the grounds

this monument is said to be the place where the Virgin Mary walked the grounds. The house has also been the site of various entities have been seen roaming. Further along your trail of Vieques you will find a private home in the Puerto Real neighborhood. This is a magnificent home. The home is also an old plantation house. notice some creepy things. The phantoms of this town don’t leave anyone unstartled. A number of people who live here argue these reports are untrue, but not all the locals of Vieques are still alive.
These
are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
The phantom of a brawny lumberjack hauling a large axe has regularly been seen facing the eye witness in Munoz Rivera Plaza
at the stroke of midnight. Residents here claim that this phantom likes terrifying unwise people who come looking for phantoms in Vieques.
The bloodcurdling ghost of a Gaul is regularly distinguished
next to the water at Bahia Corcho screaming at the viewer to leave.
A frightening skeleton has been distinguished on frequent occasions going bananas in Arrecife Corona in the early morning hours.
A
shining human body may be spotted time and again at Blue Beach before dawn gazing at the waves next to the water.
The ghost of a pregnant lady has occasionally been spotted up on the highest spot
of Cerro Amargura trashing a map. A local woman asserts that this ghost could be the soul of a resident who died here in Vieques before the present.
A decapitated guy is from time to time witnessed
seeking a hat beside a parked truck in a Vieques parking lot at night. One of the locals determinedly declares that this ghost might be a well-known past native of Vieques.
A female with her legs
sliced off is known to have been noticed on a few instances right by the entrance to Caribbean National Forest gulping apple juice. Several people declare this spirit is the struggling soul of an old Vieques resident.
