One of the folks who live here firmly alleges that this ghost is in all probability the struggling ghost of a local person who used to dwell here in Charlestown. The ghost of a strapped up guy can occasionally be observed before sunrise chasing a passing Buick on a gloomy highway next to Charlestown. Several of the folks who live here declare this ghost is the struggling soul of an old Charlestown local. The spirit of a hobo was spotted in Black Farm State Management Area at midnight trying to locate somebody. When the ghost was distinguished it disappeared into the thin air. It has been said that this individual ghost is the ghost of a traveler that was killed while journeying through Charlestown a long time ago. The ghost of a young lady soaked in blood showed up pulling up weeds in the front yard of a mobile home in Charlestown. The ghost was gobbled up by the       thin air after being noticed. According to the locals, this ghost is that of a person who lived here in Charlestown long ago. One thing's for certain, this is an intimidating ghost that is better not interrupted. A gentleman with a big hole through his chest was spotted by a woman hunting in a forest close to Charlestown.
