It was hard to see in the dark and fog so we walked closer to see if it was really a person. He was standing on the rocks at the end of the point in a place I found rather odd, do to the fact that the waves were big and dangerous and that it was not a good place to fish. My dog and I stopped about 50 yards away still     trying to figure out if it was really a person or not. I began to feel an eerie feeling and the fact that my dog didn't even acknowledge the man or the fact that he didn't look up at us even though I positioned myself on the beach so he would see us. The next day (today sept 29th) we walked out there again just to see if there was something out there I could have mistaken for a person. There was nothing there and the feeling that something was just not quite right was gone as well.
