Bellows Falls, Vermont Ghost Tales My old house, the giant blue Victorian on Temple place, is haunted. Doors slam when no one else is home. If you go down into the root cellar and dig around, you will be haunted like I was one winter--hearing someone or something running up the cellar stairs and SLAMMING the door. Constant noises of things breaking. Scary!!!. Submitted by Phoebe I lived at 9 Henry St.,Bellows Falls,VT.I'm almost certain it used to be a funeral home.I lived in the back part/directors home.The house is very old.If it is still there,I challenge anyone to stay there overnight.This way I don't have to tell my story,you'll have your own and proof! I do warn however that this is not b.s,don't go there with your guard down,that house is definitely HAUNTED!. Ghosts are so common in this town; a lot of folks who live here don’t even lose sleep about it any longer.
