Keep in mind though -- this isn't anything like the Penelope ghost of Ellis hall. Penelope scares people, but she's generally harmless. This figure, whatever it is, is a malevolent being. I generally don't believe it ghosts or in anything supernatural for that period, but this thing creates such a presence that you don't even have to see it in order to feel it.
The feeling of this figure is the type of fear and dread that you can feel all

the way right up your spine. It makes you want to run away as fast as possible. Five other people have seen.
To get back to the story though, the

first time I saw this thing was when I was with two other friends my freshman year. Those two were sensitive kids -- close friends at the time. We walked onto a portion of the beginning of the rail trail from the soccer field. At that point, one of my friends pointed out a figure that was at the beginning of the entrance of the rail trail.
