Derby Line, Vermont Ghost Tales


While the sun is shining Derby Line, Vermont is a regular American city, but there are spirits in this city, and they show up at night. Night is undeparted time around here. A number of folks who live here claim there are no ghosts, but with so many ghosts in Derby Line you have a reasonably great chance of spotting one if you spend a night around here.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of a guy with a name cut into his arm has been spotted on several occasions studying the vista from the peak of Bates Hill on a dark
 
    night.

The ghost of an appallingly mangled huntsman dragging a dead wolf may often be seen walking through a Derby Line area graveyard.

The phantom of a young-looking lady with a line around
  her neck has occasionally been spotted looking at the waves at the water at Balm of Gilead Beach late at night.

An unbelievably terrifying ghost is occasionally made out in a rubber raft on Little Salem Pond gulping blood from a bottle. According to the locals, this phantom is possibly the undead phantom of a person who used to have a home here in Derby Line.

The ghost of an old woman clutching a firearm has been said to have been seen on a small number of occasions at Coche Brook late at night heaving pieces of wood into the current.
