Fair Haven, Vermont Ghost Tales M... inn is haunted, there was a shattered shower door that was not reported all of the glass was in the next room as if some thing walked through it, this shower is in the area that the stairs used to be in. there have also been creaking boards in the living quarters when nobody else was there and the smell of cigar smoke when nobody was smoking. Ghosts are so average around here; scores of residents don’t even lose sleep       about it anymore. Not everybody has faith in the tales the residents tell, but chilling things sure go on here in Fair Haven during the moonlight hours. A pitch black crow that transformed into a lady showed up bass fishing from the water's edge of Lake Bomoseen late in the night. When the ghost was distinguished it vanished into the night. A resident says that this phantom loves scaring folks who come trying to locate phantoms in Fair Haven. The spirit of a homeless guy came into view soaring over Beaver Meadow in the early morning hours before sunrise. Panicked by the bystanders the ghost withdrew into the darkness. One of the locals confidently asserts that this phantom could be the spirit of a resident who passed on here in Fair Haven long ago. A scary creature was perceived struggling to snatch something at Carver Falls Dam before dawn. This specific ghost has been observed very frequently in this spot. The ghost of a gold-miner was witnessed by The Great Ledge meditating. Many accounts of this ghost have been reported. The ghost of a gentleman outfitted as a store clerk has repeatedly been distinguished walking alongside a murky road near Fair Haven. One thing is for sure, this spirit indisputably is scary; one that is preferably not upset.
