Hancock, Vermont Ghost Tales


You could imagine that there's nothing peculiar regarding Hancock, Vermont, but this is a town where the undeceased march the lanes during the night time. Loads of ghost stories have been reported by the locals. Some locals say these reports are not true, but the ghosts of Hancock are out tonight trying to find somebody to terrify.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of a gravely scorched female is repeatedly seen drinking water from Bailey Falls in the early morning hours before sunrise.

The spirit of a train driver has purportedly been perceived on numerous occasions trashing a box in Battell Park around midnight.

A female devoid of a head can frequently be observed in a canoe on Pleiad Lake trying to locate a glove.

A man with no head may be noticed repeatedly at the stroke of midnight soaring across Souphouse Flat.

The ghost of an aged gold digger with a sizeable beard and a wooden right leg is occasionally made out gulping apple juice by The Great Cliff. One thing's for guaranteed, it's a bloodcurdling ghost that any commonsensical person wouldn't want to encounter.
