A female with the head of a devil has supposedly been noticed on numerous instances glancing at the panorama from the peak of Beede Mountain in the early morning hours before sunrise. A lady hauling her head beside her arm can once in a while be observed trying to find another ghost in Forest Lake State Park at midnight. The spirit of a gentleman with half       his head missing has regularly been distinguished looking at the water by Burn Lake Dam before sunrise. Scores of residents claim this ghost is that of a local person who lived here in Lunenburg some decades ago. A beheaded female is repeatedly distinguished screaming mid stream in Bog Brook. Folks here declare that this ghost gets pleasure from terrifying folks who come trying to find ghosts in Lunenburg.
