Rutland, Vermont Ghost Tales A strange noise scared me out of the public library the other day when 8 books started to fly off the shelf. You are constantly watched and the hairs on the back of your neck stand up late and night when this happens. The shadow people are seen out of the corner of your eye, although management tried to deny all the unexplained occurrences that goes on there. There have been suicides at that hotel as well. Submitted by anonymous       Category: soldiers My sister, our friends, and I like to contact ghosts. It never worked until one night. One night we were trying to get a ghost and we did. His name was Luke.       We were just having a normal conversation with him when all of the framed pictures he had in the room fell over face down. We got so scared we stopped talking and broke the circle and turned the lights back on. It was so frightening. We started to panic because out of the woods behind us. We freaked and ran home to tell my friend's parents, they didn't believe us one bit!!!!!!. Submitted by amie Rutland, Vermont is just a normal place by day, but when the dark shadows of the nighttime move in the undeceased appear. Some of the deceased will not rest in peace in this town. Disbelievers don't have faith in the local ghost testimonies, but the things that go on here in Rutland in the moonlight hours will spook you. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A guy's body having the head of a bear came into sight on a Rutland avenue late in the night. This ghost is fantastically active in this vicinity; there have been several additional stories of this individual ghost. One of the folks who live here strongly claims that this spirit is the undeparted spirit of a former Rutland person who lived here. Regardless of what folks articulate, it undoubtedly is a creepy ghost that is preferably not upset.
