On December 4, 2007 I was on my way home and there was a guy sitting in the band stand in Vergennes. I went over to him to ask if he had a phone that I could use. It looked like a regular guy and he was reading a news paper. When I asked him he didn't say anything. So I turned around to talk to my friend Mike and I turned back and he was gone.
