I live in Milford and the mansion parson thorne I have seen an old Man walking about the House outside and I figured it was a regular Man who May own that property was walking about his House or business.

Then I read a Story on how it was a ghost. He had White hair and I sometimes saw a face figure looking out the far left corner looking at the House when I came from dance.

At an apartment on Roosevelt Ave in Dover Delaware when I lived there in the early 1960's, there was a lot of activities in that house. At that time it was a apartment building. I don't know what it like today, but back then it was something else! The whole place had activities!!!.
