The ghost of a gentleman with half his head absent was witnessed in a convenience store in the Felton vicinity. The phantom talked       about revenging a homicide. A decapitated woman emerged trying on clothes in a Felton mobile home. The bystander became frightened and fled. Regardless of what people state, it's a creepy spirit that should be kept away from.
