I lived in a house on West street in Laurel. it was so haunted. The police and my father were searching the attic for someone that wasn't ever found. But we all heard the footsteps.Loud and familiar enough to call the police.

Laurel, Delaware is just a regular town while the sun shines, but not all the inhabitants of this municipality are breathing. The undead are all over this city as the local residents will reveal. People who have never spent the night in this city will inform you it's untrue, but the things that take place here in Laurel during the night will give you a good scare.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

A headless man was witnessed looking at the water by Chipman Pond Dam in the early morning hours. When perceived the ghost came near the onlooker who then escaped. One thing is for sure, this spirit certainly is terrifying; one that you shouldn't go looking for.

The
 
    spirit of a doctor with a blood-splattered uniform was seen up on Easter Hill holding a human cranium. This precise ghost has been perceived very frequently in this spot.

A woman with her right arm and left leg removed has often been observed yelling underneath a lamppost in Laurel. Locals here say that this ghost enjoys frightening foolish
  people who are brave enough to disturb the silence in Laurel.

A military uniform marching about devoid of a body in it is repeatedly spotted by Baker Mill Branch looking.

The ghost of a civil war soldier has been said to have been spotted on a handful of occasions staggering from mobile home to mobile home at midnight on a Laurel residential road. In any event, it's a frightening ghost that should be let alone.

The ghost of a guy having demonic signs cut into his cheek may often be seen at Delmarva Peninsula very late at night staring down into the water.

The spirit of a critically mangled huntsman dragging a dead cougar can be made out over and over again sitting at the kitchen counter in a Laurel residence. No matter what, it sure is a terrifying spirit that you do not want to bump into in the early morning hours before sunrise.

A woman with no head has now and then been perceived looking scary on the shore of Trap Pond. One thing's for guaranteed, this is an unfriendly phantom that any sensible person wouldn't
want to meet.
