Two certified nursing assistants that were sitting at the     end of the Hall near the nurse's desk told me that they had seen a Black shape Cross the lit hallway going from dining room 2 toward room 218, and a licensed practical nurse and certified nursing assistant that were at the nurse's desk reported hearing a disembodied voice say ''ma am'' as if to request attention. Several residents also reported seeing things such as children and a girl in a red coat.
