When distinguished the ghost came within reach of the observer who then ran   off. A female lacking a head was noticed clutching a human cranium by the side of a secluded highway near Rockland in the early morning hours before sunrise. This particular ghost has been observed very frequently in this location. One thing is for certain, this is an unpleasant spirit that should be avoided.
