The witness was terrified and escaped. A woman ablaze, carrying a gasoline bottle was seen down near Salmon River Falls at night screaming       at the witness to disappear. The phantom waved to the eye witness. According to the locals, this ghost is the tormented soul of a former Altmar local person.
