As my friends and I were walking through the cemetery on prospect street around 10:30pm we already got a vibe of something. This was my first time but not my friends. As we were walking on the pavement walk way you come to a yield and there's a big tree in the middle of the two paths. As we say the tree a ghost/spirit peeks its head at us and we all saw what is was so we started sprinting back. We took another walk through at around 11:00pm that same night and we were scared to go all the way to the yield path next to the tree. So when we re-entered we saw the same spirit on a tree right next to the entrance but this figure was black and as you walk around the tree it just keeps going around the tree so it was impossible to catch the thing. We were scared to go up to the tree to actually see but we were a good 5 feet away and you could really see what is was....

boy who looked a lot like my friend had looked when he was 7ish. I looked away, looked back, and it was gone. The boy looked solid and had been looking right at me. Needless to say, I freaked.

ghost hunts the house, you will find things be moved out of the original spot, there is also a ghost seen walking around, throwing things at time, shutting the door, and cupboards.

A decade ago police were looking for a cerial killer in the area and the cop and his former dog sarge were shot and killed on the podium at recreational park on the west side of Binghamton, and it is known to be the ghost of the cop and his dog at the podium. They are normally spotted aroud 12:02 in the morning. They say if you walk upon this park late at night the cop will release the ghost dog, and when it gets close enongh to jump at you it disappears and a couple people found dead on the podium and they say a case of a heart attack. They say this phantom is not to be disturbed and there will be serious consequences.
