There were Many children in the after school program. One child that I did not realize at the time was not in the program. He was wearing a red hat and was drinking out of the fountain. Later the after school teachers lined the children up to go outside. The child with the red hat on was at the end of the line and moving around a lot. I said to the     students ''once it's quiet we can go outside. '' the child at the end of the line got out of line and ran between me and the children in the line. It was so fast that all we (myself and several children)saw was a smeared image of a child with a red hat blue coat and and backpack running. The children said ''what was that did you see that!!''.
