A couple nights after moving in I woke up to what sounded like someone going through all my stuff and tossing things around. I yelled out stop it and everything went quiet. The next Day all was as it had been when I went to bed the night before. Since then I have been awoken to other ghostly noised during the night. On top     of that doors always seem to open by themselves and there are phantom footsteps heard coming up the stairs. My roommate even claims to have woken up one night to a group of spirit children standing in her bedroom doorway.
