While visiting the restaurant, I had some discussions with the staff there about that ghost. I asked, did the ghost have the appearance of a hispanic woman with thick curly black hair? It was confirmed. That was her appearance. When they asked how I knew, I showed them my cellphone and a photo I had taken of an approaching Metro North train leaving Cold Spring (attached). That picture I highlighted the area where an apparition appears having that appearance.
