Monkies run is a very freaky place me and two of my other buddies went in for something to do. Very dark, cold, and uncomfortable. Clearly heard metal being pounded into concrete, and a mans voice. Submitted by Fifty-six Category: voices
More than a year ago at CFA, my friends and I were coming up from a band lesson. The auditorium was dark the only lights one were from the emergency ''EXIT'' signs. We had just made our way across the stage, to our band lockers. When I went to out my case away a phantom orb had flown in front of me, flying into the lockers. One of my other friends saw, the other one thought we were playing a joke, we ran out of the auditorium. The other time I saw one at CFA was in the girls locker room, before a concert. I was applying makeup when I saw (through the mirror) the same type of phantom fly past behind me. Shocked, I also ran..don't wonder around the school alone. Residents(myself and my family) have witnessed phantoms on several occurances, running up and down the upper stairways of the house. Faucets turning on in the middle of the night where the only way to turn them off was with a pipe wrench. Apparations appearing overhead in the upstairs bedroom( My younger brother witnessing them in the

Monkeys Run. (Tunnel in between Corning walking bridge and driving bridge): During the building of ''monkeys run'' a group of construction workers were caught in the collapse of the tunnel. All bodies were found but one. Sightings say that at night you can see a ghost of a construction worker standing in the tunnel staring out into the Chemung River.
