A female alight,       carrying a fuel bottle is every so often observed observing the panorama from the highest spot of Laurel Hill in the early morning hours. The ghost of a young air force pilot has been perceived on several occasions at the stroke of midnight staring across Sunken Meadow. It has been declared that this particular ghost is most likely the undeceased   ghost of a resident who used to have a home here in Corona. No matter what people say, it's undeniably a scary ghost that is better not interrupted. A young-looking girl sporting a bloody dress may every now and then be noticed in Astoria Park around midnight concealing a corpse by a large boulder. A guy having a machete in his head was distinguished in Big Tom on a dark night turning toward the onlooker. When noticed the ghost came up to the viewer who then escaped. The ghost of a mail carrier came into sight being carried by a steed along a highway next to Corona. There have been numerous descriptions regarding this spirit in the neighborhood. One thing's for certain, this is an unpleasant ghost that you don't want to come across very late at night. A man's body with the head of a rat was perceived at Alley Creek after midnight tossing boulders into the current. Other accounts of this ghost have been conveyed. The phantom of a man hauling a sword came into sight looking at the water by City Island Harbor at midnight. Numerous folks in close proximity have had similar experiences with a quite similar spirit.
