Dryden, New York Ghost Tales


Dryden, New York appears equal to any other spot in America, but when the darkness of nighttime sets in; things become chilling. Chairs turn around, shrieks out of nothing. Several people who live here allege there are no spirits, but with so many spirits in Dryden you have a relatively fine chance of witnessing one if you spend the night in this town.

A gentleman having a spear in his head can every so often be noticed in a mirror in a Dryden residence; the ghost was exclusively to be seen in the mirror. A resident claims that this ghost is probably the undeceased ghost of a resident who used to have a home here in Dryden.

A guy's body with the head of a sheep is frequently observed studying the landscape from the highest spot of Beam Hill at the stroke of midnight.

The ghost of a gentleman grasping a sword has been observed on one or two occasions at Beaver Creek at midnight tossing boulders into the current.

    of a female having letters cut into her nose may be perceived over and over again gathering wood for a fire in Hammond Hill State Forest in the early morning hours. One of the residents decisively asserts that this ghost is the tormented soul of a long forgotten Dryden local resident. No matter what, it's a terrifying spirit that you wouldn't wish
  to bump into in the early morning hours.

A female with maggots crawling out of her mouth is occasionally witnessed in Mill Dam Park on a dark night grasping a human skull. No matter what people utter, it undeniably is a terrifying phantom that any sensible person wouldn't wish to meet.

The spirit of a female with a stiletto in her chest may now and then be distinguished in Hollenbeck Hollow in the early morning hours before sunrise sniveling.

A female having the head of a goblin was observed in a home close to Dryden. This ghost is extremely active in this neighborhood; there have been several other stories of this precise ghost. One thing is for sure, this is a horrible spirit that you shouldn't go trying to locate.
