Custom Search East Otto, New York Ghost Sightings   My exboyfriend lives out in east otto and I can remember the first time that I went out there it was all hollows eve and we were coming home from a haloween party and we had to drive through Hinman Valley we were about half way up the hill and I had gotten a spookie feeling over me and the next thing you know we were spun all the way around on the other side of the road and the driver had said that a woman ran out in front     of him we got out of the car to make sure she was ok and we didnt see anything and out of the corner of my eye when I was getting back into the car I seen her I yelled are you ok and the next thing you know she rose a little of of the ground coming at us at a semirapid pace ripping her hair out of her face screaming to go away from east otto now I dont know if it is the same woman you speak of or not but it is one party that I would never forget because of her.
