Seen on troy st. hoosick falls 8/13/08 @ 1:10a.m. Young girl followed us(me and girlfriend), walking in a slow steady pase toward us aprox. 14' away and kept coming, no sounds at all, dead silence. We ran down another st. and watched as the st. light popped off and girl stepped into the darkness then turned slowly toward us again and started walking slowly toward us. We ran away at this point.
