My family lived there 11 years there is a three year old named sara who lived there she appeared the morning after we moved in. At the time my youngest daughter was 4 and sara would play with her or her toys when she was in school at one time my niece lived with     me she was up Early to go Christmas shopping with friends about 6 am she yelled for me and when I got down stairs she was shaking, and said a little girl came out of the celler door and was smiling at her then disappeared. There was also an elderly woman my landlord had told me Mrs dourghty had died there. She would slam doors and move stuff but they were harmless and I saw them often. I moved to Mechanicville about 10yrs ago with my children and sara must have followed my daughter because she said sara was still in her room but as Rose grew sara needed   (continued on the next page...)
