A fairly see-through guy clad as the skipper of a ship was noticed pacing through a La Fayette neighborhood graveyard. The ghost greeted
  the bystander. In any event, it's a chilling ghost that is better not disturbed.

The spirit of a young man wearing a confederate uniform came into sight by Onondaga Creek Flood Control Dam in the early morning hours gazing at the water. When the spirit was seen it faded away into the night.

The spirit of a street bum appeared covering a body by a sizeable rock in Jamesville Beach Countt Park very late at night. The phantom was swallowed by the night after being distinguished.
