Lockport, New York Ghost Tales On Summit st. and Summit st. Cemetery my friends and I noticed some freaky things here. We saw a man run CROSS THE ST AND DISAPPER. ANOTHER THING WE HAD WITNESSED WAS A LADY DRESSED IN WHITE VICTORIAN DRESS THAT YOU COULD SEE THROUGH HER TORSO BUT COULD NOT SEE HER FACE. WE ALSO HEARD BANGING COMING FROM THE HOUSE AND VOICES OF A YOUNG CHILD.THE OTHER FRIGHTINING ENOUNTER WAS THAT OF A WOMAN PRAYIN OVER A HEADSTONE WITH A BLACK VAIL CRYING. WE NOTICED THAT WHEN WE APPROACHED HER THERE WAS NO HEAD STONE THERE BUT AS WE WERE LEAVING WE NOTICED ONE AND AS WE LOOKED AGAIN IT WASN'T THERE. Not everybody has faith in the descriptions the people who live here tell, but the undeparted spirits of Lockport are all too real. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A headless gentleman was noticed relaxing on a bench in a residence in Lockport. The witness was frightened and ran away. Several of the folks who live here assert this ghost is the stressed soul of a former Lockport local. A female with her head and both arms cut off was distinguished talking into the thin air in Altro Park in the early morning hours. The phantom didn't appear to be troubled by the witnesses. In any event, it's undeniably a scary ghost that you would not want to run into after midnight. An army uniform pacing around without a body in it was seen reading a pamphlet next to a streetlamp in Lockport. When the ghost was observed it vanished into the night. It's been declared that this precise ghost is that of a local who had a house here in Lockport before the present.
