While I have never seen this what you are describing is exactly what friends of mine have witnessed in merrick. They grew up on Henry court and the whole block ha seen this image (to the t) they named him Henry and as it turned out their houses were built on an Indian burial ground and now I am wondering if yours is a similar situation. When my younger sister was sixteen years old she experienced a very traumatic moment upon the viewing of a tall Man dressed in a long dark coat and sporting a wide brimmed hat. This image had entered into her bedroom. She swears that she was not asleep and at first thought this to be our mother checking up on her.
