Come alive at night with sometimes hundreds of voices of the dead( sounds like a block party) you can hear them but you can never understand what they are saying nor could I ever see them. I lived on the block from 1962 to 1988 and heard them Many times so did Many other people who lived there. Also the area is haunted by ghost dogs that appear at night     out of no where sometimes Chase people and always disappear into thin air.
