The ghost of a gentleman having half his head lost was observed snooping       in mailboxes on a dark night in New Kingston. When noticed the ghost moved toward the witness who then ran away. A beheaded woman became visible in Catskill Park after midnight flinging pebbles. There are other stories concerning this ghost in the neighborhood. One of the residents strongly declares that this spirit is probably the undeceased   spirit of a local who used to live here in New Kingston. No matter what folks utter, this is an intimidating ghost that should be left alone. The ghost of a teen girl was perceived stacking pieces of wood in Bragg Hollow late in the night.
