While the sun shines the locals in New Rochelle, New York do their work just the same as anywhere else, but under the surface there are out of the ordinary things occurring. Some of the dead and buried don't want to rest in peace in this city. A number of residents assert these accounts are not true, but creepy things undoubtedly occur here in New Rochelle in the moonlight hours.
