It has been argued that this individual phantom may be the spirit of a person who lived here who passed on here in North Tonawanda some time ago. The   ghost of a young air force pilot came into view seated in a chair in a house in North Tonawanda. The watcher escaped when he witnessed the ghost. A woman with a sea-green face was perceived sobbing beside a streetlight in North Tonawanda. The phantom did not mind that there was someone other nearby. Whatever people articulate, it sure is a frightening ghost that is better not disturbed. A man with an axe in his head became visible wandering from home to home in the early morning hours on a North Tonawanda avenue. The arrival of the eye witness frightened the ghost who then vanished. One thing is for guaranteed, this is a horrible ghost that you wouldn't wish to encounter at midnight. A guy's body having the head of a dog was witnessed looking at the vista at Sulphur Springs Guard Lock late in the night. The ghost talked about revenging a slaying. A female character has repeatedly been witnessed shining a kerosene lamp in Nice Shoal after midnight. The spirit of a woman with names engraved into her forehead is repeatedly made out taking a rest at the dining table in a North Tonawanda home.
