On cold winter nights, a ghostly man riding a horse can be seen crossing route 104, just east of Slocum Rd. Drivers have reported thinking that the ghostly figure was at first a deer because the legs of the spectral horse were trotting two foot lower than the current level of the pavement.|
Upon encountering cars the horse rears up on it's hind legs, throwing it's rider and then promptly disappears.
