There is a set of railroad tracks that are behind fort Ontario and is haunted by a man with no head. It is said to be a soldier who lost his head in battle. It is very creepy to see at night.

Me and my friends went into Cedar Post Cemetary near the dmv on the night of June 6, 2006 (6/6/06). We went in and there was a person standing behind us... we thought it was our friend... I walked about 5 feet and turned back... and it was gone. Later that night we saw something walking towards us then slowly faded on our way out. Rumor has it a boy drowned in the pond there. We think that's who we saw!.
