There a pond at Veteran's Memorial Park in Penfield where a young woman drowned under strange circumstances. It was first suspected that it might have been murder but was later ruled and accident. Well whatever the truth was about that the fact is that the young woman shows up sometimes by the pond.
She appears for a short time. Just a few seconds at the most. How do I know this? Well I'm one of the people who have seen her. She appeared right in front

of me and then just faded away. The whole thing was over in seconds.
