We used to always hang out at the health Center down there. We would always hear footsteps. The showers would always turn on by themselves and toilets would flush but none of us would have done it. There is this one old building that is now apartments. On more than one occasion I got the feeling I was being watched & followed. When I would look their was nobody there. There was also a cat that I would see every morning, when I went to pet it one morning my hand just went through it.
