Saugerties, New York Ghost Tales In my house of kings highway. There is a ghost of a little girl with a white dress and a bow in her hair. She is about the age of 10 or 11 years old. She runs up and down the stairs at night. She also likes to lock, open, and close doors. She whispers out Emma Emma Emma. I have seen her a number of times. The first time I saw her was about 3 months ago. I woke up feeling as if someone was staring at me...to my surprise someone was. She was just standing at the end of my bed whispering Emma Emma Emma come play Emma. I flipped out. I ran down stairs sooo fast. I slept with my mom the rest of the night. there is also another ghost at my house. A man with a cane. I was coming home from a soccer game and my mom was driving. I dropped my hair brush on the floor. As I lean to come up my mom stops the car. I look and there is a guy walking across the road smiling at us. Within a second or too, it’s gone. I wouldn’t go outside by myself anymore. It scared me. Night is undeceased time in this town. A number of people who live here assert these tales are not true, but Saugerties is jam-packed with undeceased souls just waiting to frighten you. These are some of the spooky   things that have happened here recently. A beheaded gentleman was observed smoking a pipe up on the peak of Mount Airy. The observer got freaked out and ran away. A number of people argue this ghost is the struggling spirit of an old Saugerties person who lived here. A female with her head and right arm and right leg cut off emerged sitting on a sofa in a building in Saugerties. The ghost nodded to the eye witness. In any event, it indisputably is a frightening spirit that you wouldn't want to meet at the stroke of midnight. A military uniform striding about with no body in it was distinguished searching for something underneath a streetlight in Saugerties. When the ghost was seen it vanished into the thin air. The ghost of a civil war fighter showed up going through the closet in the bedroom of a Saugerties flat in the early morning hours before sunrise. The ghost was swallowed by the thin air after being seen. The ghost of a severely charred female was spotted shouting in Cantine Memorial Field late at night. When spotted the ghost approached the bystander who then fled.
