The haunting is connected to the location. Submitted by Kat       Category: video It is March 01 2009 and it was at 730pm (so it not dusk but dark) and here's what I saw. I live at the bottom of 12th Avenue, just below Prospect (Hippie,     Sunset) Park and I have steps that lead from the back of my house down to The Boulevard, (the street that parallel to the beach.) These steps are steep and many. I've never counted but they must be over 200 to the bottom. Anyway, this night, at around 730pm and it was dark, I send my dog out to my deck in the back and he is barking wildly. I go out to see what's going on and at the bottom of the steps (3/4's of the way down I see a man walking down the steps. He is wearing a wide brim fedora with a three quarter length top coat and I can only see him from behind.   (continued on the next page...)
