The phantom of an elderly gentleman with a big gray mustache is often witnessed being carried by a camel alongside a road right next door to Sodus Point. The spirit of a gentleman having on a soldier's outfit       has supposedly been distinguished on numerous occasions at Crescent Beach before dawn looking at the waves down at the shore.
