I will send it to you to see if it's the house you're talking about. My grandfather lives across the street.. I live up the road. My house is also ''active''.

One day I was driving my car when I saw a little girl weeping on the side of a road just outside of townnobody else on the road seemed to have noticed her because the kept on driving. I pulled over to help her, but when she saw my car she disappeared.
About two weeks later I drove down the same road and saw her again. This time when I pulled over she didn't disappear. I walked over to her. I asked her what seemed to be wrong. She told me she ran away from home to escape her violent father.
