A   semi see-through gentleman clad as the skipper of a ship was noticed searching through garbage cans on a West Valley residential street. The phantom was consumed by the air after being perceived. The ghost of a youthful guy dressed in a confederate uniform came into sight up on the peak of Bailey Hill crying. Alarmed by the observers the spirit withdrew into the night.
