A figure with a skeleton face in murky robes came into sight next to the shore at Spruce Run Reservoir yelling at the onlooker to leave. The viewer was terrified and escaped. In any case, it's a scary spirit that is better not messed with. A lady with a knife in her head was perceived gazing at people in an Allenwood mobile home through a window.
