Altoona, Pennsylvania Ghost Tales Hi to anyone reading this I am currently and have always been a resident of Altoona. And I am here to say yes Altoona is haunted more so then you think. I have had my share of sightings and other supernatural experiences. Those who deny this fact of ghost in Altoona are afraid of the truth or cant see the spirits. I hunt ghost in my free time. They are not so bad. Some are actually pretty nice and will give you gifts and even help you in time of need. So don't fear ghost. Only in fear can we get hurt and not always by ghost but often by our own imagination. So don't be afraid of Altoona its not that scary. You we'll eventually get over you're fears. I know I have. Dark hour is living dead time in this town. Several local residents argue these tales are lies, but the spirits of Altoona are out tonight trying to find somebody to terrify. These are some of the       spooky things that have happened here recently. A large bloodcurdling ghost has sometimes been perceived looking at the water by Altoona Lower Number Two Dam before dawn. The phantom of a strapped up gentleman is sometimes observed in Alto Rest Park at the stroke of midnight burying a body by a large rock. Locals argue that this   ghost is the undead soul of a long departed Altoona resident. The ghost of a young-looking woman covered in blood has been noticed on a handful of instances by Devils Elbow gulping blood from a mug. The ghost of an elderly sorceress may every so often be perceived by a guy hiking along a trail outside Altoona. No matter what folks state, this is an intimidating ghost that should be steered clear of. A gentleman with a large hole through his torso has repeatedly been spotted slurping water in Carson Valley very late at night. A local man alleges that this phantom is the phantom of a vacationer that was murdered while traveling through Altoona a long time ago. A woman's body having a goat's head is regularly made out resting on a stool in a trailer in Altoona. A gentleman with the head of a beast has purportedly been witnessed on a few instances reading a tabloid underneath a streetlamp in Altoona. A female burning, carrying a fuel bottle may often be spotted hauling a skull mid stream in Beaverdam Branch. One thing's for guaranteed, it's a frightening ghost that you do not want to encounter at midnight.
