On shades of death road there are old caves that me and some friends explored and came out with more than we were looking for! About 400 ft. Into one cave the ground turned into a muddy water covered pit. I shined my flashlight further down the cave and found myself looking at ghoulish mist with reflective     Orange eyes. I blinked to make sure my eyes weren't just seeing things because of the adjustment to the darkness. When I looked up it was gone. For fear of not knowing what was under the mud pit I did not pursue this figure but that was alright because it pursued us. 5-10 minutes after the first sighting we were being alert about seeing this thing. For awhile there was silence until it was broke by the sound of a groan and something that sounded like a body smashing the ground after a long fall. A few more scratching sounds and we were scared.
